Thanks to its cutting-edge facilities, Parador Foods produces bouillons, salad dressings and seasonings in various flavours and
formats for grocery store chains, restaurants and institutions.

Located in Blainville, Québec, the 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant meets CFIA’s standards and obtained HACCP and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) 2000 certification, confirming our adherence to food safety standards and quality controls.

A high-performance production site

Parador Foods automated production process includes mixers, cooking kettles and cooling tanks, which allows us to manufacture our bouillons, sauces, salad dressings, seasonings, syrups and concentrates on site.

Thanks to our modern packaging facility and our 10,000 sq. ft. storage space, we can produce up to 20,000 units per day in the chosen format (250 ml, 500 ml, 2 L, 4 L and industrial-sized pails). This means that we can manufacture finished products in sufficient quantities to meet all needs, big or small, providing our clients with ultimate flexibility.

Finally, our enterprise resource system ensures strict monitoring of production, inventory and client requests.

Stringent quality control

Not only do we regularly invest in leading technology; we also guarantee the quality and preparation of our products through exhaustive internal and external lab testing. All product labels are verified prior to packaging.
